Leo's Big New School Day

Leo woke up early. The sun was bright in his window. Today was a very special day. It was the first day of his new big school!

Leo felt a little bit wiggly inside. He was excited to see his old friend, Mia. He was also a little bit shy. Would he make new friends?

Mama helped Leo put on his new blue shirt. She packed his favorite apple. "You will have a wonderful day, sweetie," she said with a hug. Leo smiled a big smile.

They walked to the bus stop. A big yellow bus pulled up. Lots of kids were waiting. Leo saw Mia and waved! They found seats together.

The school was very big. It had many doors and windows. A kind lady with a bright smile met them. She was the principal. She showed Leo and Mia to their new classroom.

Inside, the room was colorful. There were blocks and books. Their teacher, Ms. Green, smiled at everyone. Leo felt warm and happy. His new big school was going to be fun!
