Community Christmas Market Opens This Weekend
Get ready for a day of holiday fun! The annual Sunny Hill Christmas Market opens this Saturday, December 9. It will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Sunny Hill Town Park. Admission is free for all families and friends.
There will be many fun things to do all day. You can shop for handmade toys and gifts made by local craft makers. Children can make paper snowflakes and decorate gingerbread cookies at the craft tent. You can also listen to holiday music and enjoy warm apple cider and sweet treats.
Our park is easy for everyone to visit. All pathways are paved, flat, and clear for wheelchairs and strollers. Ramps are placed near every entrance and booth. There are also many wooden benches where visitors can sit and rest.
Please remember to dress warmly for the chilly outdoor air. Bring thick coats, hats, and mittens. You may also want to bring a reusable tote bag to carry your holiday treasures. If it rains or snows heavily, all booths will move inside the Sunny Hill Community Gym right next door. We hope to see everyone there for a happy holiday weekend!
