Pip was a tiny, shiny robot. He had two round blue eyes and a yellow button on his tummy.
Pip lived in a big box in Leo’s bedroom. Leo was a little boy who loved to play.
One sunny morning, Leo could not find his red shoe. He looked under his soft bed.
He looked behind his toy box. The shoe was not there.
"Can you help me, Pip?" Leo asked.
Pip made a happy beep sound. His blue eyes went bright.
He began to roll across the wooden floor. His wheels went zoom, zoom, zoom.
Pip saw a shiny silver coin. He stopped to look at it.
"No, Pip," Leo laughed. "We need to find my red shoe!"
Pip beeped again and spun in a circle. He rolled over to a pile of dirty clothes.
Pip used his little metal arm to lift a green shirt.
Under the shirt, something red was peeking out. It was the lost red shoe!
"You found it!" Leo cried. He hugged the little robot.
Pip’s yellow tummy button flashed with joy. He was the best little helper in the world.
