Sparkle and the Magic Rainbow

Sparkle lived in a forest of tall trees. Her home was a cave made of crystals.

The crystals would shine when the sun was bright. Sparkle loved her home very much.

One morning, she woke up to a soft sound. Pitter-patter went the rain on the leaves.

Sparkle looked out of her cave. The air smelled like fresh grass.

The rain did not last very long. Soon, the golden sun came out from the clouds.

A huge rainbow stretched across the blue sky. It looked like a bridge made of light.

"I want to find where it starts," Sparkle said. She shook her mane.

Her mane was the color of pink candy. She stepped out into the wet woods.

The wet ground felt cool on her feet. She walked past the tall oak trees.

She saw her friend Pip the Rabbit by a bush. Pip was eating a snack.

"Hello, Pip!" Sparkle called out. Pip looked up with a big smile.

"Where are you walking today?" Pip asked. He twitched his little nose.

Sparkle pointed her silver horn at the sky. "I am going to the rainbow."

Pip hopped over to join his friend. "I will come with you," he said.

They walked through the flower meadow together. The flowers were red and yellow.

The rainbow grew larger and larger. It had colors like purple and green.

Sparkle and Pip reached a small pond. The rainbow touched the water.

The water started to sparkle like diamonds. It was a very pretty sight.

Sparkle leaned down to take a sip. The water tasted like sweet fruit.

Pip splashed his paws in the pond. They both felt very happy and safe.

The rainbow was a gift from the sky. It made the whole forest look new.

As the day ended, the rainbow became thin. It started to disappear into the air.

Sparkle and Pip walked back home. The stars began to blink in the dark.

"Goodnight, Pip," Sparkle said. She went into her crystal cave to sleep.
