Cookie and analytics choices
On adult-facing pages, use Privacy choices in the footer to review or change optional analytics and marketing settings. Essential authentication, security, and session technologies are not controlled by that choice because the service cannot work safely without them.
Learner-facing areas use the stricter learner setting even when the browser previously allowed adult analytics.
Account and learner information
An adult account holder can update certain account and learner information in PicoBuddy. Learner access can be reset and learner profiles can be removed from the Children section.
Removing a profile is not yet proof that every linked historical attempt, vendor record, or backup copy has expired. PicoBuddy is documenting and testing those deletion paths before promising a fixed automatic deadline.
Make a privacy request
To ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable, contact [email protected] or use the contact page. Include the adult account email and describe the account or learner profile involved. Do not send passwords, kid access codes, health information, or unnecessary identity documents.
PicoBuddy may need to verify that the requester controls the adult account before acting on a request.
