Ava's Apology
Dear Lily,
I am so sorry about yesterday. I was not a good friend. I hope you can forgive me.
We were going to play at the park. But I got busy. I forgot to tell you I could not go. That was wrong of me.
I saw you waiting. You looked sad. I felt bad when I saw you. I should have told you I could not play.
Can we still be friends? I will make it up to you. We can play your favorite game. I will bring cookies too.
I will try to be a better friend. I will not forget you again. I will always tell you if I change plans.
Your friend, Ava
