NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. — Along the scenic banks of the Potomac River, a bustling waterfront destination has become a center for art, entertainment, and community gatherings. National Harbor, located in Maryland just south of Washington, D.C., offers visitors a unique blend of modern attractions, famous outdoor sculptures, and exciting seasonal events.

One of the most eye-catching features of National Harbor is the Capital Wheel. Rising 180 feet above the river, this giant observation wheel gives riders soaring views of the surrounding region.
