Gardener Gabby's Garden

Gabby is a gardener. She loves to grow things. Every day, Gabby goes to her garden.

First, Gabby looks at all the plants. She sees if they need water. If the plants are dry, Gabby gets her watering can. She fills it with water and gives each plant a drink.

Next, Gabby checks for weeds. Weeds are plants that Gabby does not want in her garden. They take food and water from the plants Gabby wants to grow! Gabby pulls out the weeds very carefully. She wants to make sure she gets the whole weed, roots and all.

Then, Gabby looks for bugs. Some bugs like to eat the plants. If Gabby sees bugs, she gently moves them to a new home, far away from her garden. She wants to keep her plants safe and healthy.

Last, Gabby picks any fruits or vegetables that are ready. She might pick a red tomato or a green bean. Gabby loves to share her fruits and vegetables with her friends and family. Being a gardener makes Gabby happy!
