Hedgehogs have good noses. They can smell food under leaves. They walk around and sniff the ground. When they find food, they eat it up!
Why Do They Eat Bugs?
Bugs give hedgehogs energy. Energy helps them run and play. Eating lots of bugs keeps them healthy and strong. A happy hedgehog is a healthy hedgehog!
Where Do They Look?
Hedgehogs look for food in gardens. They also look in the woods. They like places with lots of leaves and bugs. They have to be quick, or someone else may take their food!
