Join the Fun at the Paper Puppet Workshop!

Do you love making art and telling funny stories? Come to Room 12 this Friday after the last bell for our Paper Puppet Workshop!
You can turn simple paper bags, colorful cardstock, and yarn into your own amazing characters. Will you make a friendly dragon, a smiling frog, or a silly space monster? You get to decide!
Making puppets is a wonderful way to use your imagination. You can create funny voices and put on a short play with your classmates. Working together on a show is a great way to make new friends and share a lot of laughs.
Best of all, you do not need to bring any supplies from home. We provide everything for you! Our art tables will be packed with:
- Brown and white paper bags
- Bright paper shapes and buttons
- Shiny yarn and wiggle eyes
- Child-safe glue sticks and safety scissors
- Washable markers in every color
Our workshop starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. this Friday afternoon. We will have helpers ready at every table to show you how to cut, paste, and decorate. When your puppet is finished, you can test it on our mini cardboard stage.
