Lily's Video Game Adventure
Lily loved playing video games. Her favorite game was called "Magic Lands." She played it every day after school.
One sunny afternoon, Lily was playing "Magic Lands." She was in a forest part of the game. Suddenly, she saw a shiny, blue portal. She had never seen it before in the game.
"Wow! What's this?" Lily asked herself.
She moved her game character closer to the portal. ZAP! The screen flashed. Lily felt dizzy for a second. Then, everything went quiet.
Lily opened her eyes. She wasn't in her room anymore! She was standing in a real forest. Tall trees surrounded her. Colorful birds sang sweet songs.
"This looks just like 'Magic Lands'!" she said.
A tiny fairy flew up to her. "Welcome to our world!" the fairy said. "The portal brought you here."
Lily smiled. This was going to be an amazing adventure. She spent the day exploring the magical forest, made new friends, and learned about all the magical creatures that lived there.
As the sun began to set, the fairy led Lily back to the portal. With a wave and a shimmer, Lily was back in her room, holding her game controller. Had it all been a dream?
She looked at her hands, and noticed a small, sparkling leaf she had never seen before. It wasn't a dream at all!
