My Winter Day at the Lake

Dear Diary,
Today was a fun day at Deep Creek Lake. The winter cold is here!
The big lake is covered in ice. In the warm summer, we ride on a fast boat. We splash in the water and swim.
Now, it is too cold for boats. We wear warm coats, boots, and blue gloves. My dad and I walked out on the hard ice.
We went ice fishing today. We sat on small red chairs and waited. I caught a tiny green fish!
After that, my sister and I went to a hill. We zoomed down on our fast sled. I love playing at Deep Creek Lake!
