Pip was a little blue dinosaur. He lived in a green jungle.

Pip loved sweet red berries. He loved them a lot.

One sunny day, Pip saw a big bowl of berries. They belonged to his mom.

Pip ate one berry. Yum! Then he ate another.

Soon, the bowl was empty. There were no berries left.

Mom came back and looked at the bowl. "Where are my berries?" she asked.

Pip got cheeky. He did not want to get in trouble. "A big berry monster ate them!" Pip lied.

Mom smiled a funny smile. "Oh dear," she said.

"The berry monster loves to tickle!" she cried. Mom ran to Pip and tickled his tummy.

Pip giggled and giggled. "Stop, stop!" he laughed.

"I am the berry monster!" Pip yelled. "I ate the sweet berries!"

Mom stopped tickling him. She gave him a warm hug.

"Thank you for telling the truth," Mom said. "Honest dinosaurs get a special treat."

Mom opened her hand. She had three yellow berries.

They shared the sweet yellow berries. Pip felt happy inside.

He knew that telling the truth was best. And it was much less ticklish!
