Beaches Galore!
San Diego has many different beaches. Some are great for swimming, and others are perfect for building sandcastles. You can even watch surfers catch big waves! La Jolla Shores is a beach where you can sometimes see seals and sea lions basking in the sun. Remember to always be respectful and keep a safe distance from the animals.
Wild Animals
San Diego is home to one of the most famous zoos in the world. The San Diego Zoo has animals from all over the planet. You can see giant pandas, playful monkeys, huge elephants, and colorful birds. If you love animals, you could spend days exploring all the different habitats. The Safari Park is another place to see animals in wide open spaces. It's like going on a safari in Africa, but you're still in San Diego!
