Phnom Penh is a very big city. It is the capital city of Cambodia.
Many people live in this busy place. It is the biggest city in the whole country.
The city sits next to two big rivers. One river is named the Mekong River.
The other river is named the Tonle Sap River. The rivers meet right by the city.
This meeting place looks like a giant letter Y. It is a great place for boats to travel.
Long ago, Phnom Penh was just a small town. Now, it has grown very large.
There are many cars and bikes on the streets. There are tall buildings and bright markets.
People come from all over to live here. They work, play, and go to school in the city.
Water is very important to the people here. The rivers bring fish to eat and water for crops.
Phnom Penh is a special city where the rivers meet. It continues to grow bigger every single year.
