The Castle Clues

Ben and Bella stood by the big gray castle.
It was high up on a hill in Scotland.

They found a small map on the wet grass.
It had three red dots and a picture of a key.

"Let us find the clues," Ben said with a smile.
Bella ran ahead to the first big red dot.

The first clue was next to a giant black cannon.
The big gun was used to keep the castle safe.

"It is so big!" Bella said in surprise.
They read the next clue on the paper.

The paper told them to look for a shiny crown.
They walked inside a cold, dark stone room.

There they saw a gold crown with bright red gems.
It was for the old kings of Scotland.

"The kings wore this long ago," Ben said softly.
They felt like they were in a fairy tale.

The last clue led them to a tall stone tower.
They looked out at the pretty green city.

"We found all the clues," Bella said with joy.
They loved the stories of the old castle.
