The Room 4 Art Wall

This is a pretend announcement for our practice classroom.
Look at the back wall in Room 4. It is next to the reading rug, and it looks very bare.
We want to turn it into a giant art wall. We need your help to make it bright and colorful.
Every student is invited to make one drawing. You can choose any picture that makes you smile.
You might draw a pet, a tall tree, or a rocket ship. You get to decide!
You can draw your picture at home with your family. You can also make it during free choice time at school.
Do you need art supplies? Do not worry at all!
There is thick white paper on the side counter. You will also find boxes of crayons and bright markers.
All of these supplies are ready for you to use. Please remember to put the caps back on the markers when you finish.
Please turn in your drawing by Friday morning. That gives you three whole days to create your work.
Write your first name neatly in the bottom corner. This will help everyone know who made each masterpiece.
When your picture is done, place it in the big blue bin by the classroom door.
On Friday afternoon, we will tape every drawing onto the wall. Our empty wall will soon be full of cheer!
