Today was a very special day for the dog. He was going to the park for the first time.
He jumped into the car with a loud bark. He was ready for a big adventure.
The car moved down the street and stopped. Barnaby saw the big park through the window.
He saw tall trees and a lot of green grass. He felt very happy and excited.
When he got out, Barnaby ran to the grass. He liked the smell of the flowers.
The wind felt cool on his fuzzy face. He saw a big red ball on the ground.
He pushed the ball with his nose. The ball rolled fast down the small hill.
Barnaby ran after the red ball. He barked and jumped with joy.
Then, he saw another dog near the water. The other dog was big and white.
The dogs wagged their tails at each other. They became very good friends quickly.
They ran together through the soft grass. They played a game of tag near the trees.
Barnaby found a small stick to carry. He felt like a very brave dog.
The sun started to go down in the sky. It was time for Barnaby to go home.
