A Thoughtful Proposal for Morning Announcements

Dear Mr. Henderson and the Front Office Staff,
My name is Maya Lin, and I am a sixth grader in Room 214. I am writing to propose a small change that could make a meaningful difference for many students at Oak Creek Middle School. Every morning during homeroom, our school listens to the public address system for daily updates, upcoming sports tryouts, and club meetings. While these spoken announcements are helpful, I believe the office should also post a short, written summary of all club announcements on the bulletin board outside the library and on the school website.
- public address system:

- designated:
- Officially assigned, chosen, or set aside for a particular purpose.
- administrative:
- Relating to the management and day-to-day operation of an organization or school.
