Cats Are Great Pets!
Some kids have dogs. Some kids have fish. But I think cats are the best pets. Here are some reasons why.
Cats are Soft
Cats have soft fur. It feels good to pet them. Dogs can be soft too, but some dogs are big. Cats are small, so it's easy to give them a hug. It feels nice when a cat rubs against your leg.
Cats are Clean
Cats keep themself clean. They lick their fur to wash it. Dogs need baths. Cats don't need as many baths. This means cats are easy to take care of. They do not make a mess.
Cats Play
Cats like to play. They chase toys. They can play with a ball of yarn or a toy mouse. It's fun to watch them jump and run. Playing with cats is good exercise for you, too! You can throw the toy.
So, cats are soft, clean, and fun. These are all reasons why cats make great pets. Maybe you should get a cat!
