I really love to eat sweet desserts. But my favorite dessert in the whole world is lemon sorbet.
I believe that lemon sorbet is the best of all the flavors. It is very cold and it feels great on very sunny days. I like it a lot because it has a very pretty yellow color. It looks like a bright little sun sitting inside my cup.
The flavor of lemon is special because it is a little sour. But it also has sugar, and that makes it very sweet and yummy. When I take a bite, my mouth feels a very fun coldness. It makes me smile and gives me a lot of joy when I taste it.
It is much better than chocolate or vanilla ice cream. Chocolate is very heavy and sometimes it makes me very thirsty. On the other hand, lemon sorbet is light and very refreshing. It helps me cool down after running in the yard. The sorbet feels like it is magic snow on my tongue. It melts very fast and leaves a very fresh fruit taste.
My best friends like strawberry or coconut ice cream. But I always ask for lemon because it is the most exciting. You can eat it with a small plastic or metal spoon. Or you can also put it in a cone that crunches a lot when you bite it.
I love eating it when I go for a walk with my family at the park. It is the perfect prize after a long day of games. I think that lemon sorbet is the best food of the summer. It is smooth, it is bright, and it always makes me feel very good. For all these reasons, lemon sorbet is the winner. I hope we can all eat a yummy lemon sorbet today!
