When you feel angry, try these things:

- Count to Ten: Count slowly from one to ten. This gives you time to think before you act. It can help you slow down and think about your choices.
- Ask for Help: Talk to a grown-up you trust. It could be your mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, or teacher. They can help you feel better and help you talk about what made you angry.
It's Okay to Ask for Help
Remember, it's okay to ask for help. Grown-ups are there to help you with your big feelings. They want to help you learn how to handle anger in a good way. It is very important to find healthy ways to deal with your emotions.
