Little Pip was a baby dinosaur. He lived in a big green forest.
One sunny day, Pip came out of his egg. Crack! Crack! Crack!
The shell broke open. Pip was very small and blue.
He looked around at the tall grass. Pip was very hungry.
He saw a tall tree with soft leaves. He tried to reach them.
But Pip was too short to reach the green leaves.
He jumped up and down. He still could not reach them.
Then he saw a red berry on the ground. It was round.
The berry was bright and sweet. Pip took a small bite.
"Yum!" he said. It was a very good snack.
Pip looked for more berries. He found a bunch of them.
They were near a big rock. He ate until he was full.
Pip was a happy little dinosaur. He felt a little tired now.
He wanted to find his mama. He walked past the tall trees.
He walked by the blue river. The water was very clear.
Soon, he saw a very big dinosaur. It was his mama!
She had a long neck. She had a very kind face.
Mama was happy to see Pip. She gave him a big hug.
Pip felt safe and warm. The sun was going down.
The sky was pink and orange. The stars began to blink.
The forest was very quiet. Pip closed his eyes.
He went to sleep next to his mama. He was a sleepy dinosaur.
It was a good first day. He was ready for a long nap.
