Paid PicoBuddy plans renew on the billing interval selected at checkout until they are canceled. Before confirming payment, review the plan, interval, price, currency, taxes, and any offer shown by checkout.
Open Account to view and manage the current subscription. If a cancellation or downgrade is scheduled, the account should show when the change takes effect. Upgrades generally take effect immediately; reductions normally apply at the end of the current paid period.
Do not send card or bank details to support. For an unexpected charge, share the account email, invoice number, and charge date only.
