Where Can I Find My Invoice or Receipt?

Sign in with the adult account and open Account, then open the subscription or billing portal. Available invoices and receipts are listed with the subscription's payment history.

The billing document is created for the customer information supplied during checkout. If business or tax details need to appear on future documents, update them in the billing portal where that option is available.

For help locating a document, contact support with the account email, approximate payment date, and invoice number if known. Never email full card or bank details.
