How to track a child or student’s progress
Find recent activity, review available answers, and see results for one learner in My Library.
Results from a learner's own PicoBuddy login are filed under that learner profile automatically. You do not need to match a typed display name to a quiz afterward.
Open one learner's results
- Sign in with the adult account and open My Library.
- Open Children.
- Choose the learner.
- Use Overview for recent activity or Results for the learner's result history.
The learner page can show the activity, content type, score or completion, and date. When an activity supports a detailed review, use its review link to see the saved answers and feedback.
What the overview means
The overview summarizes what has actually been completed. It can show recent activity, practice-path progress, and averages by activity or skill where enough results exist.
Treat these as learning signals, not diagnoses or comparisons with other children. A low result can mean the text was difficult, the learner rushed, or the skill needs another explanation. Open the individual result before drawing a conclusion.
Results from different activities
Reading quizzes, grammar and vocabulary practice, and supported games can record different kinds of outcomes. Some have answer-level review; others record only a score or completion. PicoBuddy shows the information that activity produced.
History and exports
The amount of history and the availability of spreadsheet export can depend on the account's current plan. The interface shows when an upgrade is required; this article does not promise a fixed limit because plan details can change.
If a result appears under the wrong learner, check for duplicate profiles before deleting anything. Use the profile merge tool carefully to bring the history together.
